Digital Demand Management

Wealden District Council aims to make access to its services more convenient and efficient for customers, enabling them to find the right service solutions for themselves. To help frame the strategy to achieve this, and manage demand and influence behaviour the Council is seeking offers for consultancy support to: • Conduct a review of existing digital transactions and identify opportunities to deliver greater value, manage demand or be more ambitious; • Identify the key opportunities for the deployment of demand management interventions; • Produce a report and facilitate a review of the findings and recommendations; • Provide supporting cost and benefit analyses to help inform priorities for detailed design and implementation.
