## Description

This contract is for the demolition works at Avondale Drive, Preston, Lancs to remove the three structures and associated foundations within the red line boundary\. The remaining basement voids following removal of the basement structures shall be infilled with site won material to existing ground level\. Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system\.
