## Description

Somerset Lifeline is seeking to procure a new Alarm Receiving Centre \(ARC\) system to enhance the monitoring and support services provided to our community\. The existing contract for our current system, which monitors community alarms and telecare sensors for over 13,000 customers, is set to expire on 31st March 2026\. This procurement is essential to ensure the continuity and improvement of our services, which include 24/7 monitoring, emergency response, and support for vulnerable individuals across Somerset
