## Description

ReLondon is seeking a consultancy to undertake work to map material flows across the city's packaging supply chain \(including a focus on plastics\) and link to consumption-based emissions, enabling London's policymakers and its stakeholders to understand where carbon hotspots occur and the extent that packaging contributes to the city's overall consumption-based emissions\.
