## Description

The Project is for the the delivery of farming advice mandated under Regulation EU number 1306/2013 for calander year 2016\. The Farm Advice Service \(FAS\) is an EU statutory requirement \. All farmers claiming under the Basic Payment Scheme \(BPS\) and other CAP support schemes are required to comply with certain conditions\. It is a Legal requirement that Defra offers the provision of advice country-wide to Farmers on how they meet these requirements Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses e-tendering, provided by Bravosolutions\.
