Oxford City Council plan to create a Framework for the supply of Engineering Consultancy Services

The City Council commission ad-hoc a broad range of civil, structural, ground engineering, feasibilities and design work. This can involve professional consultations where the Council is simply seeking advice in support of its own internal decision making processes. They may lead to the commissioning of a full or partial range of site investigations, desktop analysis, feasibility studies, reports and outline or full design packages.
