Newcastle Professional Services - Project Management

The requirement is for the provision of professional services to support the Newcastle Regional Centre Fit Out until practical completion. The fit-out will require full RIBA stages 0-7 professional services for the CAT B fit-out to provide initial stages of design of the interior, manage the project costs and project manage the programme, working with and representing HMRC interests with the Design & Build construction partner.
