## Description

The purpose of the Covid19 Response and Admission\\r Avoidance Service is to deliver a short, timely\\r intervention of support for up to 14 days to\\r ? people being discharged from hospital to their own\\r home who are confirmed Covid19 positive or who\\r may be suspected or asymptomatic or awaiting a\\r test result\\r ? those already in the community, at home, who are\\r unwell to avoid hospital admission who are\\r confirmed Covid19 positive or who may be\\r suspected or asymptomatic or awaiting a test result\\r ? as an additional support where there is lack of\\r capacity in the homecare market\.
