Evidence Review: Reader Development and Book- Buying Habits

Arts Council England is seeking a research supplier to deliver a review of available evidence related to reading for pleasure and book-buying habits.

In particular, the review should consider readers and non-readers of all demographics, with a particular focus on adults. As well as assessing the available evidence and providing recommendations of best practice when it comes to increasing the uptake of reading, the research should also seek to identify areas in which evidence could be improved through future research.
