## Description

The IT Operations team require a network monitoring solution for the various DBT sites across the UK\. This tool will allow the IT Operations team to monitor site connectivity and application response times\. The contract will allow the IT operations team within DBT to understand and improve user experience and be able to proactively monitor sites and report issues to the suppliers as soon as possible, using nodes connected to the Wifi routers whilst being connected to a SaaS solution to update wifi data\. The contract is for an initial 12 month period and has an optional extension of up to 12 months\.
