## Description

Elmbridge Borough Council \(EBC\) is approaching the market with the view of getting an experienced contractor to renew Xcel Astro Turf\. The works will ensure that the turf is left with a smooth even surface with no dips or parting of the turf and that it will not leave water standing in wet conditions\.
