## Description

Summary; Roof extensions to existing blocks and the erection of 4no\. infill blocks to create sixty residential units \(consisting of 12 x 1 bedroom, 20 x 2 bedroom, 21 x 3 bedroom and 7 x 4 bedroom flats\) with associated landscaping, boundary treatment, cycle and car parking, waste storage and amenity space\. The development will provide 60 new homes with associated improvements to pedestrian and vehicle access, and shared amenity facilities\.
