Work description

Guinness Partnership Limited (TGPL) build and manage homes and housing services for around 120,000 customers. Of our 65,000 homes, more than 70% are let at a social or affordable rent, while around 10,000 are owned or part-owned by the people who live in them. Guinness Property (GP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Guinness Partnership and carries out responsive repairs, empty homes work (including component replacement works (kitchens, bathrooms) to around 46,000 properties in the North West, North East, South Central, South Coast and London regions. To assist with reducing Guinness Properties existing works backlog. GP is looking to appoint contractors to operate within its South Central and South Coast regions in delivering Empty Homes & Responsive repairs. Geographical sectors for Lot 1 - South Central 4A High Wycombe, Harrow 4B Stevenage, Dunstable 4C Northampton, Bedford 4D Aylesbury, Buckingham 4E Milton Keynes 4F Kettering, Huntingdon 5A Southend 0n Sea 5B Chelmsford 5C Colchester 11A Hackney / Stoke Newington 11B Tower Hamlets 11C Kensington / Chelsea Geographical sectors for Lot 2 - South Coast 1 Brighton 2A Havant 2B Portsmouth, Southampton 3A Wiltshire 3B Basingstoke 10A Crawley 10B Croydon 10C Woking 10D Richmond 10E Brixton /Richmond Bidders will be allowed to submit bids for Lot 1 or Lot 2 and any number of sectors for both Responsive repairs & Empty homes works. Pricing will be based on M3NATFED Schedule of Rates version 6.1 requiring contractors to provide a % uplift/discount against the M3NATFED Schedule of rates.
