## Description

The supplier will work with NHS staff to unwind, de-compress and de-stress before, during and after hospital shifts during Covid-19, in support of staff health and well being\. This programme is to develop a recommended model for NHS employers to implement Wingman on Wheels Model to support staff decompression\.
