GB-Street: Void Properties - 2024 -2026 - Framework Contract

NOTE: This notice was updated on 29 July 2024 for the following reason: Please note on Spreadsheet "5 Pricing Schedule 060724" tab "Top Seventy Eight SOR's" header states add percentage in cell G86 it should be cell G84.(To complete repairs to Void DAMHA properties with an estimated cost exceeding £5,000 inc VAT, covering circa 1,800 properties and any additional properties acquired or built by the association during the term of the contract. The contract will cover a 24-month period, with the option to extend by a further 24 months by agreement of both parties (subject to regular quality reviews).)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
