## Description

As part of the Councils Modernisation Program CWAC and CEC have chosen to implment a hybrid approach to cloud services\. The Future direction of the Councils will be more cloud based with a mixture of Private and Public Cloud\. The authorities is seeking the provision of a new initial base infrastructure for a period of 5 Years including support and maintenance\.
