## Description

The procurement will be conducted using the open procurement procedure, light touch regime\. Bids can be either from individual suppliers or consortia\. The requirements are summarised as follows: A suite of guidance, tools and training materials\. A suite of online guidance; e-learning materials; case studies, podcasts and videos\. Workshops, presentations and webinars that include significant route-specific elements\. Direct 'hands-on' support\. We envisage introducing tiered support for employers\.
