Business Rate Revenue Forecasting and Income Maximisation Service

There is a requirement to complete the government returns which requires the Council to estimate the impact of outstanding rateable value appeals on its estimated income. \r \r The Council needs to understand and calculate its future income risk in terms of reductions in rateable values. \r \r The provider will analyse the outstanding business rates appeals data and provide the Council with a comprehensive review and report of potential changes to rateable values and loss of income for both retrospective and future changes. This should be available on a case by case basis and include the valuation category, financial year and individual property details, where appropriate.
