GB-Derby: CONTRACT –TD0986/ GROUND WORKS TO OSMASTON ROAD, LAMBE COURT AND RAUCHE COURT

External ground works to include hard and soft landscape works to front and rear garden areas to include; •Renovation works to existing tarmacadam paths and communal drying areas, new block paved and bounded gravel surfaces. •Installation of new timber fence and gates to front at 2-20 Rauche Court •Excavate existing planting areas and to renew with new top soil and turf grass

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the lowest priced submission.
