C15030 Off Road Fire Fighting Capability

In accordance with best procurement practice, EU and UK Procurement Directives and Regulations and the Authority's service order, the Authority is seeking to choose a Tenderer(s) by competitive tender for the provision of an Off Road Fire-Fighting Capability. The Authority wishes to enhance its current fleet with the procurement of the following vehicles and equipment: · Six 4X4 pick up style vehicles · Fire fogging units to be fitted to 3 of the 4 x 4 pick up style vehicles · Two ATV's (each with trailers and fogging unit) · Two towing trailers (to tow the two ATV's and their trailers) · Two fire fighting capability options to be fitted to the All-Terrain Rescue Unit (ARU). That is one fire fogging unit and/or firefighting water supply capable of being fitted to the vehicle bed of the Authorities existing ARU as and when required.
