## Description

The lead consultant will need to procure and manage a range of professional services to undertake this commission, which has been structured on the following works packages:\\r 1\) Reinstatement Works including small-scale engineering/earthworks and landscaping works\.\\r 2\) Repairs/defect correction to footpath links to enable facilitate their adoption by MKC; and,\\r 3\) Contract management in respect of the existing Building Lease with the developer on the adjacent housing site\.
