Work description
A call off mini competition from the Hampshire Framework for Shared Living and Learning Disability Support. This service is supported living accommodation for people in need of support that will have eligible need/s under the Care Act 2014. The aim of the service is to provide just enough support to enable individuals to live as independently as possible, with a focus on enablement.
