MDDC202305-004 -Agreement for the Measured Term Contract for the Unlicensed Asbestos Removal Works 2024-2028

Mid Devon District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualifies contractor to carry out asbestos management works including surveys, samples, removals, collection and disposal for the period 2024 - 2028, to Council owned properties throughout Mid Devon. With the exception of the surveys this contract will only include works to be carried out by an unlicensed asbestos removal contractor. The definition of an unlicensed Asbestos Removal Contractor is contained within the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and on the Health and Safety Executives website under asbestos. .\r Location: To Council properties throughout Mid Devon District.\r
