Mini competition in relation to framework agreement for Document Storage, Records Management, and Integrated Solutions via Framework agreement: NHS SBS contract reference number: SBS/21/NL/ZWD/1017310173 Tender Offer reference number: DN597708 The Trust was seeking a provider with the capability to deliver a secure document storage, retrieval and destruction service, including Scan on demand and bulk scanning services at a point agreed within the contract period. This service is expected to include but not be limited to:

• Intake, cataloguing, indexing and secure storage of approximately 40,000 boxes initially; • Box level retrieval including 24-hour response and the possibility to include an out of hours emergency retrieval service; • Access for named KCHFT users to the cataloguing system in order to locate and order boxes, run reports and have access to 'real' time information; • Intake, cataloguing and indexing of new deposits and refiles, and; • Lower storage and slower retrieval times for non-urgent records, e.g. 'deep storage' • Scan on demand service • Bulk scanning service
