Out of Court Disposals Service

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has amended a contract to allow for an additional 12 months for an out of courts disposal service to continue. The contract was initially awarded for a period of 12 months from 01 September 2024, a CCN has been agreed to provide a further 12 months to 31 August 2026. This contract was awarded under the PCR 2015 and this contract change notice is due to the publication threshold now being exceeded but the contract remains below procurement thresholds.
