Provision of Consultancy for ECJU Target Operating Model.

The Department for International Trade is seeking a consultancy for the requirement for a Business Process designer to bring expertise in process redesign, Lean Six Sigma Methodology, new process implementation (in line with the software development of LITE which is currently underway), business case development and change management.
