Asset Management System Consultancy

Guinness is moving forward with a new IT/IM Roadmap, and as part of this we are reviewing how technology can best support our Asset Management services in the medium and longer term. We own more than 70,000 homes so Assets are a key part of our business and it is critical we select the right technology to support this. We recognise that this is an area where regulation is changing and technology is maturing, and therefore we are looking to assess both tactical and longer term, strategic opportunities. We are keen to hear from different consultancy services with a range of ideas and thinking. We have an open culture at Guinness and encourage constructive challenge throughout this engagement. We are seeking consultancy services to undertake the options appraisal in July and August 2020.
