The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has a requirement for a wider data gathering exercise including academic literature review to analyse existing applicable evidence on IR heating systems such that the Contracting Authority is in a better position to update the modelling and calculations required to inform public policy on the most effective forms of electrical heating.
