CPT_24_44 - ServiceNow enhanced support

National Audit Office (NAO) awarded a contract to Mozaic Services Ltd through Crown Commercial Services GCloud 14.

Provision of professional services support for our ServiceNow platform. The service incorporates the maintenance, support and service development of the NAO's service management function for Digital Services & Information Security.

This is an initial two year contract with the option to extend for two years in one year periods. Contract start 01.07.25. Final expiry is 30.06.29.

Value of contract for the potential four year term is £1,008,000.00 gross.
