Expert to appraise and review the Clapham Park Estate Business Plan

Lambeth Council is looking to appoint a consultant to appraise and review MHT’s latest Business Plan, which will also include considering the efficiency and effectiveness of this, the adequacy of the financial model, the impact of rent reduction, and advise about how the Plan can be improved if this is appropriate. It is expected that the consultants will be working with MHT in order to undertake the tasks.
