Blackpool Council is looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to a Dynamic Purchasing System to provide Transportation of Children, Young People & Adults \(up to 8 Passenger Seat Vehicles\)\. Blackpool Council welcomes submissions from both Operating Companies on behalf of their drivers, as well as from individual drivers themselves\.
