Description

GMCA requires legal services in connection with 'Project Skyline', a collaborative project bringing together the 10 Greater Manchester Local Authorities (LAs), GMCA, and the NHS to deliver residential children's homes. The appointed legal provider will work for GMCA's Monitoring Officer to prepare key GMCA legal documents to support the project. GMCA's role in the project is one of co-ordinator and funder and the legal provider will be supporting GMCA in this role. The appointed firm will also advise the 10 GM Local Authorities and the 10 GM Local Authorities Monitoring Officers in relation to the preparation of key GM LA legal documents to support the project.
