The selected supplier is required to develop a MMC Strategy in two \(2\) phases: 1\)\. A light MMC Strategy that informs Outline Business Case \(OBC\) and Strategic Direction moving into RIBA stage 3 concluded in August 2021\. 2\)\. A comprehensive MMC Strategy developed in conjunction with the project team after August 2021 integrated with the RIBA Stage 3 Design Development\.
