Work description

The selected supplier is required to develop a MMC Strategy in two (2) phases: 1). A light MMC Strategy that informs Outline Business Case (OBC) and Strategic Direction moving into RIBA stage 3 concluded in August 2021. 2). A comprehensive MMC Strategy developed in conjunction with the project team after August 2021 integrated with the RIBA Stage 3 Design Development.
