## Description

Staffordshire County Council \(SCC\) is undertaking a comprehensive review of its drainage delivery model to ensure full alignment with the Council's Highway Infrastructure Asset Management Plan \(HIAMP\), the priorities outlined in Staffordshire's Roadmap to a Better Network, the Strategic Direction for 2026-2028, the findings of the CoRe Drainage Review, and Highway Drainage Functional Specification\. This is a call off from the MHA\+ Professional Services Partnership 4 Framework Agreement\.
