The provider has been contracted to deliver against their submitted proposal, outputs mentioned in section 13.

The provider's is to target the following group of people:

Economically inactive adults (People not in employment and have not been looking for work within the last 4 weeks and are not looking for work).

Socially excluded unemployed adults whose needs which cannot be, or have not been, appropriately met through mainstream provision (e.g. DWP's Restart, Work & Health Programme)

However, the key aim for this project is that the provider reaches out to those individuals classed as Economically Inactive within their community.
