TfL are looking to appoint consultants onto a Property Development and Consultancy Framework that will consist of the following Lots: Lot A\) Consultancy - Commercial Lot B\) Consultancy - Residential Lot C\) Valuations Lot D\) Financial Advisory Services Lot E\) Forensic Accounting Lot F\) Land Referencing Lot G\) CPO Strategic Advice Lot H\) Building Surveying Lot I\) Cost Consultancy Lot J\) Development Management Lot K\) Project Management More information can be found in the Tender Documents\. Whilst TfL is acting as central purchasing body, the Framework will be available for use by other bodies in London \(see section II\.2\.4 of each lot of this notice for the full list of users\)\.
