This training is necessary to give staff the required techniques required to do their job.

IMS - Institute of Management Services

This is an external professional qualification which is undertaken by all staff in the Work Study team, it provides tools and techniques to develop activity timings, improve productivity and inform continuous improvements.

PADS - Predetermined Administrative Data System.

This is a technique used in the Work Study team; staff are required to be a qualified analyst to be able to undertake work in this area.

Training will include 4 x IMS course weeks and 2 x PADS course weeks.

The solution offered by the supplier must be inclusive of all memberships, course fees, exams, course materials, certification.
