We are issuing this Invitation to Tender to drive a competitive procurement for an independent and evidence-informed evaluation of the value and benefits of CHIP's sector led improvement \(SLI\) approach for adult social care and how it delivers meaningful impact for councils\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
