## Description

Bishop Burton College \(hereafter, BBC\) has secured Salix funding to upgrade the existing heating system & associated electric supplies at its Main Building & connected University Centre Annex building on its Main Campus in Bishop Burton, Beverley\. A plan of the existing buildings is included in the appendices to this tender document\. Part of these works is the design, specification, & supply of new Air Source Heating Pump \(ASHP\) heating source equipment to serve the two buildings\. This tender document relates to the ASHP equipment design, specification, & supply works only and not to the wider heating unit replacement & electric upgrade works\.
