Scope of the Contract The College of Policing Ltd wants to understand the 'actual' real time physical demand of a number of identified policing roles\. This will then inform: • Future policy decisions relating to the methodology and the benchmark for the Job-Related Fitness Test \(JRFT\)\. • H&S risk assessment of training and deployment for associated roles\.
