## Description

Habinteg are seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced Contractors for the delivery of its Asset Management works, to include responsive repairs, empty homes, planned works and cyclical decorating programmes\. The Contracts are being procured as two lots; Lot 1 - Asset Management Contracts - North and Lot 2 - Asset Management Contracts - South\. Participants can apply for an individual lot or both lots and Habinteg reserve the right to award both lots to the same bidder
