## Description

The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a Quote for a Professional Multi-disciplinary construction consultancy team for the proposed Alternative Resource Provision \(ARP\) works at their school\. Cross Lane Primary School, Cross Lane, Elland\. HX5 0LP\. The multi-disciplinary professional construction consultant will initially undertake a feasibility study RIBA Stages 0-2\. On satisfactory completion of RIBA Stages 0-2, and the option being approved, the commission will progress to RIBA stages 3-7\. A break clause will be inserted at the completion of stage 2\.
