## Description

The Council has appointed a contractor to provide a fully managed Interpretation and Translation Service to facilitate the needs of our residents and Council employees\. The service will include Face-to-face, Telephone and Video Interpretation for both speaking and non-speaking languages, as well as Translation and Transcription services\.
