Provision of a Support Programme for the Representative Workforce

The requirement is for The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales, whilst also open to the The Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent. To deliver a programme of Support for B.A.M.E (Black Asian and Minority Ethnic) recruitment under the South Wales/Gwent Police Representative Workforce programme. The purpose of this work is to increase the number of successful BAME candidates who start employment within the service within the four identified roles A single supplier will be appointed.
