Contract and Supplier Relationship Management Software

Wokingham Borough Council are inviting tenders for the provision of a single system to offer both contract management (CMS) and supplier relationship management (SRM) capabilities. The single contract aims to ensure a seamless link between Wokingham Borough Council's People Commissioning Service and all WBC suppliers with whom they monitor. There is now an even stronger focus towards our contract management procedures in order to deliver a greater level of knowledge, business intelligence and oversight of the numerous contracts that the Council holds with our providers. Implementation of a single CMS and SRM solution will enable the Council to better manage its contractual spend, leading to greater scrutiny of provision and increased value for money. Contract monitoring data errors can be reduced with non-performance and/or quality issues identified sooner, streamlining the process and enabling efficiencies.
