MetCC Duty Manager's Workshop

Description

Workshops with Duty Managers (mid-line leaders) on leading through change within a Command & Control Policing environment. Ensuring content is adaptable based on review and feedback. The content and delivery is to include equipping Met CC Academy colleagues to be able to deliver these workshops themselves in future as part of this work (train the trainer). Content for workshops should include; Creating psychological safety in teams, Embracing and harnessing diversity, Communicating effectively, Building cultural competence, Creating a culture of change. Content should also include elements of Management and Leadership development; High performing teams, Team preferences and ways of working, how to keep a team motivated, Getting comfortable with tough conversations & Building resilience through change. Workshop material should be engaging and allow for lots of interaction and reflection.
