CPCA - CAM LOT 3 Strategic Consultancy Services

Strategic Consultancy Services On an as required basis, reporting to the CEO (Interim) One CAM Ltd: a. Oversight of the mobilisation of PA Consulting as the Lot 3 consultant. b. Advise the CAM Procurement Manager and Lot 3 CAM Project Manager on approval of the Lot 3 Task Order 1. c. Provide advice and guidance to the Lot 3 CAM Project Manager d. Provide expert advice to the CEO (Interim) and Programme Director (Interim) on management of business consultancy contracts including resourcing, efficiency, deliverables and reporting. e. Support the induction of the Strategy and Sponsorship Director through programme briefings (planned arrival 14 June 2021)
