Create linkages of routinely collected data on medicines to health outcomes across primary and secondary care Key tasks will involve undertaking a pilot project linking medicines data to health outcomes data to allow the NHS to understand if medicines are delivering the expected outcomes and whether current NHS guidelines and commissioning policies deliver the best outcomes\.
