Sustainability Software required for Ports of Jersey, Channel Islands

The objective of this procurement is to ensure PoJ have confidence in the solution to be implemented will meet the needs of the organisation and support the delivery of PoJ strategic sustainability goals.

The final platform or technical solution needs to meet or exceed the following objectives as a minimum: • Automates ESG data capture, monitoring and reporting to support our carbon footprint and sustainability target monitoring and annual reporting processes in the following areas: o Climate (carbon and consumption) o Waste o Biodiversity o Social Value and community impact/materiality

• Gives access to up-to-date data that translates to each departments' requirements and is presented in visual format that is easy to understand • Makes data available in accessible dashboards to support decision making and departmental understanding and awareness • Provides data forecasting to support strategy development • Capability to calculate total scope 3 emissions (15 categories)
